Abstract
Currently, information literacy is an important component in higher education. However, it is often not strategically prioritizing the development of information literacy skills The purposes of this research were to identify the profile of information literacy skills through Mathematics, Science, Technology & Engineering Applications (A-MSTR) courses. The subject of this study is first year student of pre-served teacher. To reveal information literacy skill, we used used the rubric of LKM assessment modified from The Big 6 model and with the help of Turnitin. The results of this research revealed that in general, A-MSTR lecture activities can potentially bring up all aspects of information literacy skills. However, through this research, it was also revealed that the achievement of students^ information literacy skills was in the low category. Therefore, a method is needed with further research to improve students^ information literacy skills
