Abstract

Abstract. The decrease in the individual population exposed to COVID 19 transmission is inversely proportional to the increase in the number of the vaccinated population, it is hoped that on returning home for Eid, it will be a guide for the creation of community immunity in order to prevent the spread. This paper specifically observes the Greater Surabaya Agglomeration area, among other by construction a regional system model, agglomeration system model and analyzing the behavior of the system on the spread after it is carried out relaxation of health protocol through a dynamic system -based model
