Abstract

Push and pull factors affect a person^s decision to fly, where push factors are generally referred to as specific incentive and pull factors are commonly referred to as destination specific qualities. The visitors are the driving force, and the tourist destination is the pull factor. We want to know the impact of eWOM on the enthusiasm of generation Z to travel in this study so that guidelines can be developed to enhance the design of tourist destinations for tourism service providers in order to provide tourist destinations with such architectural tourist attractions that are in line with the desires of generation Z using the theory of reasoned action. Furthermore, four variables will be used in this analysis, namely eWOM, attitude, subjective norm, and visit intention, which are comprised of many indicators. This study employs structural equation modeling (SEM) with Amos software to assess the impact of independent variables on the dependent variable under consideration in order to obtain results that can explain the study^s objectives. As a result, when determining which tourism destinations to visit, generation Z relies heavily on online travel feedback. Tour operators must have the best service possible in order for constructive web reviews to be written. According to the findings of the open-ended questionnaire, many facilities are needed by Generation Z, including the provision of wifi. This demonstrates that Generation Z finds the opinion of people closest to them to be less influential in making choices, such as the decision to visit destinations dependent on cultural architecture tourism in this research.
